User Content & Intellectual Property Policy
Memories are personal property. This page explains who owns what on MUMENTRY, what permission you give us, and the clear line between your personal film and the platform's reusable cinematic assets.
MUMENTRY is a product of Digital Era Link.

1. You own what you provide
Photographs, videos, recordings, written answers and stories you upload remain yours. MUMENTRY does not claim ownership of them.
2. The permission you give us
So that we can build your film, you allow us to store, process, edit, adapt and reproduce your content for the purpose of creating and delivering that film, and for support, security and backup. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
3. Your responsibility for what you upload
- You must own the content or have permission to use it.
- You must have consent from people who appear in photographs, videos or recordings.
- Do not upload copyrighted music, film clips, artwork or photographs owned by someone else.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive.
4. Your personal film stays personal
Your uploaded media, the scenes personalised from it and the finished film belong to your project. They are not shown to other customers, and they never become part of MUMENTRY's reusable cinematic library.
5. Reusable cinematic assets
MUMENTRY also maintains a library of generic cinematic material — landscapes, water, roads, light, interiors, objects and similar scenes that contain no identifiable person and no customer-specific information. Material of this kind that the platform creates may be added to that library under our internal eligibility rules and reused in other films. Anything personalised, customer-specific or containing a recognisable person is excluded. These reusable assets remain MUMENTRY's property.
6. AI-generated content
Scenes, narration and story text generated for your project are delivered to you as part of your film and may be used for personal purposes. Because AI systems can produce similar results from similar inputs, generated material is not guaranteed to be unique.
7. Platform intellectual property
The MUMENTRY name, logo, website, software, design system, storytelling engine and reusable cinematic assets belong to Digital Era Link (the operator of MUMENTRY) or its licensors and may not be copied, extracted or redistributed.
8. Copyright concerns and takedown
If you believe content on MUMENTRY infringes your copyright, trademark or personality rights, write to support@mumentry.com with a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We review reports and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
