Terms of Service

MUMENTRY is a product of Digital Era Link. When these terms say "we", "us" or "MUMENTRY", they mean the MUMENTRY service operated by Digital Era Link.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must use the service lawfully. If you use MUMENTRY for someone else — a parent, a colleague, a family member — you confirm you have their permission to share their memories and media.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

• Do not upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive material.
• Do not create content that impersonates someone or misrepresents real events in a harmful way.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service itself without our agreement.

You keep ownership of the stories, photographs, videos and other media you provide. To make your film, you grant MUMENTRY a limited licence to store, process, adapt and reproduce that content for the purpose of creating and delivering the film you requested, and for support and security. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we must retain something by law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including permission from people who appear in it.

MUMENTRY uses AI systems to write story text, generate narration and create cinematic visuals. AI output can be imperfect or inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar results for different customers. Please review your film before sharing it. See our Disclaimer.

Subject to these terms and to any amounts due, you may keep, share and use the film we deliver for personal purposes. Generic, person-free cinematic material created by the platform remains part of MUMENTRY's own reusable assets and may be used again in other films. Your personal media and personalised scenes are never reused this way.

The MUMENTRY name, website, software, design, storytelling system and reusable cinematic assets belong to Digital Era Link (the operator of MUMENTRY) or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

We work to keep MUMENTRY available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and generation or rendering may occasionally be delayed or fail. We may carry out maintenance when needed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk. You may stop using MUMENTRY at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@mumentry.com.

To the extent permitted by law, MUMENTRY is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data you have not kept a copy of, or loss arising from content you chose to upload. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Where a paid feature applies, the price and what it includes are shown before you confirm. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update the service and these terms. If a change is significant we will make it visible in the product. Continuing to use MUMENTRY after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
